Taking photos and managing and improving the Ehli-ilezzetiz.biz page.

WHAT TALENTS AND SKILLS MAKE ME WHO AM?

I learn about the topics I am interested in in a very short time. I learned Turkish, German and Italian, with my own means, and I am very successful in both of your grandfathers. I have enough English and French to explain myself in a little simple subjects.

I attach great importance to making my work clean and beautiful. I attach great importance to finishing the work I have started. My advertising agency, which I established with my own efforts and worked for years, is an example of this In this way, I have new knowledge in many sectors and developed my horizons (such as Graphic design, Pad Printing, Textile printing, Showcase and car articles Digital printing) I have advanced command of Adobe’s Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash programs and WordPress program for Blog programming)

I love taking photographs, making digital designs and discovering innovations.

WHAT ARE MY WEAKNESSES AND STRENGTHS?

What I do is to do things beautifully. I finish the work I started. I love constructive conversations and conversations on a topic, I hate unnecessary discussions, I can repeatedly waive my right to avoid arguments, but if someone has managed to annoy me, I can’t forget it for a very long time.

MY GOALS AND DREAMS?

To improve my knowledge and learn something new every day so that I can open my horizons more and more creatively. To be able to see new places and discover new tastes. Creating new combinations by imagining new flavors in my head. It is my goals to be able to create a Taste Atlas that I can share with my friends and followers with the help of my travels and researches.

My dream for Ehl-i Lezzet is to gather together many writers who like to eat and drink like me within the body of ehli Lezzet.

WHAT DO I VALUE AND WHAT DO I CARE ABOUT?

I don’t drink alcohol, I don’t smoke, but instead I like to eat a good meal in between. My family is a friend and my friends are very precious to me. I enjoy organizing excursions, city tours with my family several times a year.

WHAT ARE MY LIFE EXPERIENCES THAT DRIVE ME?

My own advertising agency, which I established and managed, was my greatest assistant in the development of my ability to contact people and my idea of Customer and Supplier. My transfer to the R&D department 11 years ago helped open my horizons.

FIRST EVERYTHING ABOUT AHL AL-TAT:

I thought about the name for a long time, designing and researching in my mind the ones that I might like. In all of the names I was looking for, others acted faster than me. They say that the tailor cannot sew his own dismantlement about the logo or mine was a little like that I am not 100 in 100 mutu about the logo, maybe I can make small changes over time.

Since I knew that strength would emerge from unity and I guessed that many people were interested in the same subject, I programmed the page in such a way that the articles of different authors could be published so that in time I would create a people-i-flavor we Club.

Although working in two languages increased the efforts excessively, it was very important for me that the tastes can bring different people together, and my goal in the future is to program in more languages. Perhaps thanks to the foreign language skills of the new writers who will join us, this can happen even more quickly. Who knows.

I consider it a duty to introduce Turkish cuisine not only from döner kebab, but also that Turkish cuisine is one of the few cuisines in the world to my friends who do not know Turkey.

I don’t consider myself a restaurant Critic, I believe that good food can be eaten anywhere. But to find the most special tastes of the towns of the cities I enjoy noblely, to taste them and to share them with my friends and to create a taste atlas. Panzeretto by Luini in Milan, Mandate Mozzarella in Naples, Hacı Bekirden Turkish Delight in Istanbul, Baklava in Güllüoğlu Karaköy, Eating water böreği in the Palace and hundreds of others that I cannot count all of them.
